My approach to personal training is built around structure, progression, and consistency. Whether your goal is weight loss, strength, muscle tone, or simply feeling better, I create a customized training plan designed specifically for you.
With 18 years of experience, I focus on workouts that are effective, trackable, and enjoyable so you can make real progress without feeling lost or overwhelmed. Training should challenge you, but it should also be something you look forward to.

Fitness has been a huge part of my life for the last 18 years. I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a background in Exercise Science at Sacramento State, combining hands-on experience with evidence-based training methods to help clients reach their goals safely and effectively.
My own fitness journey started from a place many people can relate to — I was naturally very skinny and lacked confidence in my body. Through years of learning, consistency, and hard work, I transformed myself into the physique I once dreamed of achieving and went on to compete in bodybuilding competitions.
That journey is the reason I am passionate about helping others. I know firsthand how much fitness can change not just your body, but your confidence, energy, and overall quality of life.
Whether your goal is weight loss, building strength, gaining muscle, or simply feeling healthier and more confident, my goal is to create a clear, personalized plan that helps you get there as efficiently and realistically as possible — while still enjoying the process along the way.
